Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Engineer in civil and fit-out works
- Hands-on experience in civil renovation andfit-out projects (residential & commercial)
- Proficient in design, report writing, and BOQpreparation
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
- Preferably DM-approved Civil Engineer
- Must have a valid UAE driving licence and ownvehicle
