- Assist customers with EEC exchange services and process cash transactions
- Handle buying/selling of permitted currencies and collect payments against vouchers
- Verify currency authenticity and report counterfeit money or cash discrepancies
- Maintain daily transaction records, filing, and prepare transaction tallies
- Update customer profiles with complete KYC documentation
- Reconcile end-of-day transactions and prepare currency tally reports
- Comply with AML policies and general procedures
- Build customer relationships and market EEC products
- Perform other relevant assigned duties
